All products that you receive from us comes with Developer License unless stated otherwise. Here’s the details for Developer License :

Products Disclaimer

Even though our domain name is High CTR Theme, but we claim our products as Adsense Ready WordPress Theme. So there is no guarantee you will get high CTR.

Products Delivery

All our products will be delivered as a digital download. After you make a purchase you will receive email about your purchase detail. Open that email and you can find how to download the products.

Products Updates

All product updates (either new version of one product or a brand new product release) will be delivered as a digital download to your email, so you need to subscribe to our mailing list. When you purchase our product you will be asked to confirm your subscription to our mailing list. After you subscribe you can unsubscribe at anytime, but you must acknowledge that if you unsubscribe there is no way we can send product updates to you.

Support

HighCTRTheme offer 24/7 technical support but we may off on several big occasion (Christmas, New Year) or other special occasion. Support is for technical things, future requests and suggestions. We do not offer any support for custom modification of our products.

Note: Support for our 2011 products will only given to customers who bought the product on 2011. New customers have support for new products only (products that released on January 1, 2012 and above).

Money Back Guarantee

We have a 30-days Money Back Guarantee. However refund will not be processed if the mistake is on customer’s side. Example using our products in hosting that doesn’t support Ioncube Loader, need a heavy theme modification, etc. When you as a customer ask for a refund then customer is responsible to uninstall our products on all sites that you already installed in.

As soon as customers have their refund, we will revoke their rights for product updates, license, support, etc. Customers must acknowledge that once refund has been granted they are not allowed to purchase our products again. So we have the right to refuse to give our products to them.
